We agree the priorities before the day, keep the feedback moving and hand over the work completed within your booked time.

It depends on the task and how prepared the assets are. Four hours can suit smaller design pieces or theme fixes. Eight hours gives us more room for a page, refresh or launch assets. We review the list before you book.
We agree the scope first, then confirm an available date, your time zone and the check-in windows. An enquiry does not reserve a slot automatically.
Your current assets, brand files, approved copy, images, required formats and useful references. For website work, we arrange the appropriate collaborator access after agreeing the project. Do not email passwords.
No. You should be reachable at the agreed check-in points so we can get quick feedback and keep moving.
We prioritise the agreed list and hand over the completed work. Anything left is clearly explained. Extra time is quoted and approved separately.
A focused refresh or defined set of assets can fit. A complete rebrand, large store build, complex migration or custom app needs its own project scope.
You receive the completed work and useful handover guidance. Where relevant, that includes a recorded walkthrough and two weeks of help with minor in-scope fixes. New tasks are quoted separately.
